How It Works

Open issues keep their full chat history here. Once you mark the issue resolved, the user-side thread clears and the next message starts a new conversation.

Admin replies keep the same thread active.
The account page shows a green dot when your latest issue is resolved.
The landing page and this page both trigger the same email notification flow.

If no active issue exists, your next message starts a fresh support thread.
